MINMAJA is a Stockholm based design brand rooted on Södermalm in Stockholm. With production in Europe.
The workbag category stood still for decades. It was to boring for us. We built something sharper.
PRODUCTION
At MINMAJA, we are committed to producing high quality products with respect for both people and the planet.
Most of our manufacturing takes place within the European Union in trusted factories that uphold fair labor practices and safe working conditions.
When necessary, we collaborate with carefully selected partners outside the EU who meet the same rigorous standards.
Whenever possible we use deadstock fabrics and consciously sourced materials to minimize waste and reduce environmental impact.
By focusing on quality materials and thoughtful design, we aim to create products that last, while supporting the well-being of those who make them.
THE STORY FROM THE FOUNDERS
MINMAJA began when Biko found a Jacquard cushion cover in a basement and turned it into a handmade laptop sleeve. That sparked a bigger idea: that everyday objects could carry more expression, and creativity than what the world had settled for.
Together with his twin brother Malvin, they founded MINMAJA.
Biko leads the creative direction and product development. He is currently studying at the Swedish School of Textiles, deepening his knowledge in design, materials and craftsmanship.
Malvin leads the marketing and brand growth, building the communication, momentum and presence that makes MINMAJA reach the people it’s created for.
