2. Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed.
We accept payment by major debit and credit cards, Klarna, Shopify Pay, and Apple Pay. Prices are shown in SEK and include Swedish VAT.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and shipping information is accurate.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time:
  • Sweden: 2–5 business days
  • EU: 5–10 business days
All orders are shipped with PostNord or DHL and include tracking information sent via email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed over to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • You must include proof of purchase or a receipt.
  • Returns must be requested in advance by email to orders@minmaja.com.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label by email.
A fixed shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (the fee depends on your country).
We refund only the product cost, original shipping costs are not refunded.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once approved, place a new order separately.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Shipping Information
All orders are fulfilled from Stockholm, Sweden, and shipped with PostNord or DHL.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your shipment online.
Shipping Times
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Estimated delivery times:
  • Sweden: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–10 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services, holidays, or unexpected delays.

Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • fixed return shipping fee of 70 SEK applies for customers in Sweden.
  • For customers within the EU, return shipping fees vary depending on location.
  • No restocking fees are charged.

The fastest way to get your desired item is to return the product you have and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact orders@minmaja.com within 3 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by MINMAJA.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please contact orders@minmaja.com before sending anything back.

Please note that only one exchange per order is permitted.

Final Sale Items
For items with a unique, handcrafted nature or limited production or custom-made piecesall sales are final. This will always be clearly stated in the product description when applicable.
